MOURINHO SANCTIONS MARTIAL SALE?

The Express reported that United manager Jose Mourinho reportedly sanctioned the sale of Anthony Martial to Juventus in the summer. The truthfulness of the report is yet to be determined and is a surprise after Mourinho said that he will keep hold of all his attacking options heading into next summer. Martial is out of form and hasn’t found the back of the net since January. Martial is under contract until 2019 and the club has the option of extending it for another season up to 2020.

UPDATE ON SIR ALEX

Sir Alex Ferguson is now in a stable condition following emergency surgery to treat a brain haemorrhage over the weekend. The Mail says that the legendary manager is now awake and talking to the doctors about his results.

KLUIVERT PUSHES FOR EXIT

Among the names suggest to replace Anthony Martial at Manchester United is Ajax’s Justin Kluivert. United were reportedly in the running for the player last summer but called the deal off. United are said to be one of the preferred landing spots for the Dutch talent should he decide to move this summer. The player is reportedly being pushed for an exit by his agent, Mino Raiola.
