JORGINHO AGENT CONFIRMS INTEREST
Jorginho’s agent confirmed that his client is being sought by the premier clubs in Europe after starring in Napoli’s Serie A campaign. Jorginho has been linked with both Manchester clubs as well as clubs from mainland Europe. Jorginho has two more years left on his contract. Speaking about his client, Joao Santos said,” I’ll talk with the club because Jorginho has another two years left on his contract. But there are also several clubs interested in him, and we have to understand if Napoli wants to move forward with their starters or not.”
NEVILLE WANTS POCH AT UNITED
Gary Neville has revealed his thoughts about who should succeed Mourinho as the manager of Manchester United. While Neville has still backed Mourinho to continue his project at United, the former right-back hopes that the current Spurs manager Pochettino becomes the next United manager. Neville said,” I think he’s the guy who deserves it. It’s probably the same for Paris Saint-Germain, it’s probably the same for Real Madrid. Daniel Levy knows that and I think that’s coming in the next 12 months for Tottenham.” United reportedly passed over Pochettino when selecting Mourinho as the replacement for Louis van Gaal.
YOUNG ON UNITED’S SEASON
Ashley Young has been United’s first choice left-back for most of the season and has been a consistent performer in most games. Ashley Young believes that United have to lay down a marker in the final three games of the season ahead of a pivotal campaign next term. Young pointed out the period during Christmas where United lost to City at home and then proceeded to draw consecutive games against Southampton, Leicester and Burnley as where the title was lost this term. The Englishman hoped to build momentum in the remaining fixture and end the campaign with a Cup title.
PLAYER OF THE YEAR GALA

De Gea, Lukaku and Matic are among the front-runners for the Player of the Year awards while the likes of Martial, Pogba and academy players Chong and Greenwood are in contention for other awards. The ceremony will be shown live on MUTV.
FURTHER TALKS
After it was revealed that Fellaini is close to signing a new contract at United, the Daily Mail have reported that the Belgian is ready to ink a two year deal on the table. United are reluctant to offer a guaranteed two-year deal but are willing to give a one year deal with the option of another year. But a middle point is expected to be reached and a new deal is likely in the coming weeks. Players like De Gea and Martial are in line for contract extensions if other reports are to be believed. The latter’s deal hangs in the balance and will only be sorted out after the summer window.
